Hi Gail I'm here. Thank you very much asking. I'm ok but really struggling with the physical side of things. But I'm trying to find something bright in every day and doing what I can. Fortunately I can still do some crafting with my hands which I really enjoy when I can do it xx

Gail I am so very sorry that it has taken me this long to reply to you. I've been going through a rough patch but that's no excuse for not replying. Of course I don't mind you asking after me - I really appreciate that you do.
I'm ok - had a another flare up of illness which has left me exhausted but Mark is being his normal great support. I've also been stocking up on cheap craft supplies from the Range, the Works etc. Now I've just got to get myself using them 🙂 Lots of love xxxx
